All in all an unusual hotel and excellent stay. The pool bar was a plus. Enjoyed the room, it was pet friendly and ordinary. The pool was brilliant, good after a tiring day.

Spend our time fantastically, breakfast was DELICIOUS — great value for money. Liked that the room included an iron, a TV and a writing desk. So close to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. You can visit The Gallery that offers excellent meals. Everything was fantastic as always.

quick access to the helmsley arts centre. a good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like the beck tea room that was only 5 minutes' walk away. it is next to the airport.
